Our Pilates Reformer sessions result in an amazing workout using resistance and/or support from a series of springs, a carriage and straps that form the Reformer. If you’ve tried a good mat based Pilates session before you’ll know you get a great core workout, so you can expect an even more incredible endorphins from a Reformer class! You’ll find ways to build strength, stability and co-ordination using movements that may have not been possible in a mat based or a regular fitness class.
Reformer foundations class
1.5 hour
Our Foundation Course is designed to give you confidence if you are using the reformer for the first time or if you’re familiar but would like a refresher course.
By the end of the course, you’ll feel confident adjusting, using and performing movements, ready to join the regular 50 minute classes.
With a maximum of 4 per group, you’ll get plenty of time to ask questions and make adjustments to get the best from the reformer and you!

Reformer 50
The 50 minute classes are scheduled in the mornings, Lunch , evenings and weekends.

Important Information
Whichever session you decide on, you’ll need to prebook via our third party WEBsite/app (BSport) - this ensures all your private data remains secure and you can keep track of your bookings and passes etc. You’ll need to register an account. There you can book/amend sessions, secure pay for passes and find details of other classes offer by the studio.
We ask that you wear grip socks (or bare feet) and that you avoid moisturising your body of feet before using the reformers, it can make it slippery for you and affect the surface/use. These can purchased at the studio.
By booking and joining any of our Reformer classes, you accept that all exercise undertaken is at your own risk, and while we will always provide adaptable, clear and supervised sessions, you are responsible for taking care moving around and using the Reformer.
