lauren - Studio owner and lead teacher , she loves guiding slow & strong yoga classes

Frankie - My yoga journey started in 2018 whilst I was traveling through South America, volunteering at wildlife sanctuaries. I was staying at a hotel in Cochabamba, Bolivia which just happened to be offering yoga so I decided to attend on a whim and fell in love almost instantly. 

From then on, I quickly found more and more tranquility in yoga especially through the chaos of living in a pandemic along with struggles with my mental health and in 2021 became a qualified Level 3 Hatha yoga teacher through YMCA Fit, (equivalent to 200YTT).

Since qualifying, I have thrived in incorporating a range of  yoga styles into my teachings, such as Vinyasa and Yin yoga, with the aim to create moments of self care, contentment and peacefulness through inclusive and creative practices.’

FUN FACT - she loves changing her hair - here she is blonde but she might be bike or pink next time you meet her 💙💜
