Suspension training is a great way to build strength, improve mobility, increase cardiovascular endurance, and develop core stability by utilizing adjustable straps and bodyweight exercises. It is a great way to get a full-body workout quickly, but it's also low-impact, and you can do it almost anywhere. all abilities welcome - whether your are new to weight training or a regular in the weights section - everyone is welcome.
