Frankie – Yoga teacher bio: Wednesday Vinyasa & Yin/Pranayama
My yoga journey started in 2018 whilst I was traveling through South America, volunteering at wildlife sanctuaries. I was staying at a hotel in Cochabamba, Bolivia which just happened to be offering yoga so I decided to attend on a whim and fell in love almost instantly.
From then on, I quickly found more and more tranquility in yoga especially through the chaos of living in a pandemic along with struggles with my mental health and in 2021 became a qualified Level 3 Hatha yoga teacher through YMCA Fit, (equivalent to 200YTT).
Since qualifying, I have thrived in incorporating a range of yoga styles into my teachings, such as Vinyasa and Yin yoga, with the aim to create moments of self care, contentment and peacefulness through inclusive and creative practices.’

IS AN EXPEREINCED PERSONAL TRAINER AND FITNESS COACH TEACHING A BROAD RANGE OF SESSIONS DESIGNED TO CHALLENGE YOU AND DELIVER GREAT RESULTS.
‘I love designing and leading sessions for a total body workout. I’m there to make sure everyone works hard, trains safely including working around any injuries and importantly, have fun. My sessions are suitable for all ages, abilities and fitness levels.’
